A beautiful house with preserved architectural elements from the year 1906, that is, from the period of historical styles where the neo-Gothic morphology (eclecticism) was predominant, and which is set in an interesting location on the border of Vršovice and Vinohrady. It is a five-floor burgher apartment building offering 23 flats and two attractive duplex office spaces.
